I was referred to this company from a family member. I contacted Horns just days before getting my roof replaced. He assured me they could install new gutters and downspouts immediately after my roof was completed. They showed up the next day after my roof was finished. He advised me that I should add an additional downspout to help divert the water away from a basement window. The new downspout was routed on the other side of my house away from basement window. It extends past my mulch bed and can be "flipped up" for mowing and should alleviate my past issue of rainwater "pooling" near my window. They were professional, very communicative, honest, and left no mess behind for me to clean up.
